The Review
The VEEV one, where do we start with this one...
A few things to say, unfortunately, none of them any good. For starters, the advertised flavour was watermelon and blueberry, however the flavours were barely noticeable and very muted. The blueberry one very faintly tasted of blueberry, but the watermelon pod had the wrong e-liquid in it and it was strawberry. Even the wife had a go and also mentioned it tasted like strawberry.
Inhale is extremely restricted and is very difficult to use. The placement of the air intake holes are the same as on the VEEV now, in which they are on the side and easily blocked just by holding the device.
It is USB-C rechargeable and it takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to fully recharge from flat. A full charge will last approx. 50% of the full pod.
The puff count was a huge letdown with each pod only giving around 700 puffs, against an advertised puff-count of 1000. As there were two pods in the kit, this means I only got around 1400 out of the 2000 advertised.
Now let's get into the faulty bits... The device was faulty straight out of the box. I was only able to get a couple of puffs then it would stop working. The only way to counter this would be by removing the pod and reinserting it, at which point it would work again, but only for a couple of more puffs before having to repeat this process. Furthermore, the puffs I was able to get were very underwhelming, only lasting a 1-2 seconds and the device would turn off completely if I attempted to get a fuller puff. To reset it after that, I would need to plug it on charge for a few seconds and then we repeat the previous process.
Overall, I would not recommend this product, the faults were too many to ignore and gave absolutely no pleasure from the use.
