The Review

Ok... before I get into the worrying bit, let's go over the standard stuff.

I actually like the design of this vape. It's small, compact, and looks kinda cool. But... that's where it kinda stops with the good stuff.

The flavour, watermelon chill, left a lot to be desired. Regular viewers and readers will know that watermelon is one of my main go to flavours, and whilst the flavour was there, and was reasonably pleasant, but it falls well below what I'd expect and falls well below average when compared to other vapes with the same flavour.

Airflow was also another issue, it was very restrictive and I actually found it hard to actually draw through.

I cannot comment on the puff count, its advertised as 600 puffs but I had to stop using it a long time before I got anywhere near that.

So let's get into why I had to stop using this one.

Shortly after I started using it, it developed an issue. The issue didn't appear to be there straight out of the box, and nothing happened that would cause the fault as far as I am aware - it just appeared.

After each drag, the vape would continue firing - it wouldn't turn itself off. At first it only lasted a second, but as usage continued the issue worsened. Eventually it got to a point where the sensors safety time out would kick in at 10 seconds. And then the overheating started. One single puff lasting 2-3 seconds resulted in the device staying active for 10 seconds after the puff ended and started getting hotter and hotter to the touch. I tried to persevere with it, but with every puff making the device get hotter and hotter made me suspect a complete meltdown - or possibly a tiny boom - may have been on the horizon.

So yeah... I became concerned this one posed what could be called an "imminent health risk", and opted to end my usage and just tear it apart instead.
